Our Client, a leading owner of retail shopping centres in South East Queensland, is seeking a Business Development & Reception Manager to join the Centre Management team at one of Brisbane's busiest destinations.

This is a diverse role, combining casual mall leasing, business development, centre administration and front-of-house responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced retail property environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shopping centre management or retail property is preferred.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive approach with ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional customer service and presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure casual mall leasing, pop-up retail and supplementary income opportunities.
• Develop relationships with national retailers, local businesses and external stakeholders.
• Prepare licence agreements, invoices and leasing documentation.
• Manage casual mall leasing bookings from enquiry to bump-in and bump-out.
• Monitor licence renewals, retailer standards and compliance.
• Maintain leasing databases, forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Support front-of-house reception team and provide high-level customer service.
• Coordinate office administration including contractor management and document control.
• Liaise with retailers, contractors, customers and the centre management team daily.
• Support centre projects across operations, marketing and administration.
