Job summary

Afends Pty Ltd. in Byron Bay is seeking an organised E-commerce Assistant to help run our Shopify store across international markets.

You’ll handle product uploads, pricing, imagery and content, manage collections and navigation, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Working with marketing, product and e-commerce teams, you’ll set up onsite campaigns and product launches, update banners and pages, monitor performance, and support SEO and weekly reporting to help improve the online shopping

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform (beneficial).
• Organised, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in how online retail drives business performance.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain products in Shopify, including product details, imagery, pricing, size charts and content.
• Manage collections, navigation, filters and product availability across our international storefronts.
• Carry out regular website checks and flag any content, catalogue or functionality issues.
• Set up onsite campaigns, new collections and product launches in line with the trading calendar.
• Update homepage banners, landing pages and campaign content, working with the team to gather the right assets and information.
• Check links, pages and customer journeys before and after launches to make sure everything is working as it should.
• Support SEO updates and ongoing website content improvements.
• Support weekly e-commerce reporting and track key performance metrics.
• Identify ways to improve the online shopping experience and help put those ideas into action.
