White Bohemian in Currumbin, QLD is seeking an Ecommerce/Marketing Coordinator to support our growing online store on a casual basis. You'll manage product listings, inventory, and customer communications while helping launch promotions.

You’ll collaborate with the owner and team, optimize listings, create email campaigns in Klaviyo, and use Shopify to keep pricing and imagery up to date. If you’re organized, detail‑driven, and passionate about fashion and retail, this flexible role offers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ecommerce or online retail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with learning new software systems.
• Customer service experience with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with our retail and brand products is advantageous.
• Experience with Shopify theme settings and front-end or Liquid updates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across Shopify with accurate descriptions, pricing and imagery.
• Maintain products, collections, pricing, merchandising and storefront content.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
• Identify opportunities to improve storefront performance and conversion.
• Create and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Write conversion-focused copy aligned with brand voice.
• Develop email layouts for readability, consistency and conversion.
• Craft compelling subject lines and CTAs for customer messaging.
• Coordinate campaign timing with promotions and product availability.
