ETISK is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the Shopify Plus website, optimise product discovery, and oversee the online customer journey. You’ll partner with marketing, partnerships, customer experience and operations to deliver continuous trading and growth.

You will build loyalty programs and lifecycle communications (email/SMS) to encourage repeat purchases, while using data-driven insights to prioritise improvements and experiments.

Qualifikationen

• Deep, hands‑on Shopify Plus experience in a D2C/ecommerce business.
• Track record of improving conversion and trading performance.
• Experience building loyalty, email, SMS and retention activity.
• Confidence interpreting data and prioritising actions.
• Experience in founder-led or PE-backed environments.
• A strong eye for site content and customer experience.

Aufgaben

• Own the Shopify Plus website and digital customer experience; keep content and launches ready to trade.
• Improve product discovery, collections, cart and checkout journeys to lift conversion.
• Bring product launches and campaigns to life online with cross‑functional teams.
• Build and run loyalty, manage email/SMS re‑engagement to drive repeat purchases.
• Establish reporting rhythm; transform data into actionable optimisations.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to enhance the shopping experience.
