Durst Industries Pty Ltd in Sydney's Castle Hill is expanding its ecommerce capability. We’re seeking an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to own our online store and growth marketing for both consumer and industrial customers.

You’ll manage the Shopify store day-to-day, run paid campaigns, own SEO, email and SMS campaigns, and help shape the brand in a direct-to-consumer environment from a small, hands-on team. On-site role with real ownership and scope to impact revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Solid experience running a Shopify online store with apps, themes and analytics.
• Confident running paid ads and email campaigns with proven results.
• Good working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Strong writing skills for product and ad copy that sells.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise our Shopify store — product listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising and new product launches.
• Improve conversion rate, average order value and customer experience across the site.
• Manage inventory data, content, imagery and categorisation.
• Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant channels.
• Own SEO — on-page, technical and content.
• Build and run email marketing flows and campaigns, and SMS where relevant.
• Manage and grow social media presence with content for tradies, 4WDers and industrial buyers.
• Handle sales enquiries by phone and online, helping customers choose the right product.
• Analyse sales and traffic data and report on performance.
• Identify growth opportunities: new channels, marketplaces, bundles and partnerships.
