Job summary

Star Jewels Pty Ltd (Starbuy.com.au) is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to own the Shopify Plus store and the operations behind it from our Sydney base. You will manage product listings, collections, merchandising and help with marketing and promotions.

You will also drive performance and ensure smooth day-to-day store execution. You will improve conversion and average order value by testing and measuring what works, and oversee order flow, returns, repairs and stock accuracy between

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Shopify experience at an online retailer or DTC brand.
• Experience running online order and inventory operations.
• Clear, accurate writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify Plus store: product listings, collections, merchandising and help with marketing and promotions
• Lift conversion and average order value by testing, measuring and reporting what worked
• Run order flow, returns, repairs and stock accuracy between Shopify, NetSuite and the warehouse
• Document how things are done so the business runs on systems, not memory
