Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and account support
• Process customer orders and manage sales administration activities
• Coordinate inventory, stock movements and product information
• Maintain customer and product data across business systems
• Manage and support all in-house e-commerce platforms
• Assist with website updates, digital marketing and social media activities
• Support operational improvements and day-to-day business activities.
