Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to join the Property Services team on a 12-month maximum-term contract. You will lead a small team across gaming, F&B, hotel and wardrobe maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient operations around the clock.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, implementing safety systems, issuing permits, and monitoring compliance. The role requires a 12-hour shift pattern, including nights, weekends and holidays, and NSW licensing eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operational Team Leader or Supervisory role.
• Hands-on skills and a trade license in essential services (plumbing or electrical).
• Strong focus on health and safety and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, experienced team to drive operational excellence and service standards.
• Respond to and delegate work orders with accurate data entry into Maximo.
• Coordinate safety systems, audits, permits, and incident responses across teams.
• Support Gaming, F&B, Hotel and Wardrobe maintenance services on shift.
• Ensure business continuity and protect guests, team members and assets.
