Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar maintenance role, experience with CMMS, and a collaborative approach to engineering and facilities teams; the role involves 12-hour shifts and occasional scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare or education environments.
• Proficient in completing preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Familiar with CMMS or maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks across facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and operational issues promptly.
• Use CMMS to manage, prioritise and close work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Assist with after-hours incidents and implement temporary solutions.

Working across our hotels, casino and convention centre, you will perform preventive maintenance, respond to operational issues, and help ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and guest-ready at all times.
