Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead our Property Services team on a 12-month maximum-term contract. You’ll manage a small experienced team, oversee 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 roster, and ensure safety, quality, and continuous operation across gaming, F&B, hotel and wardrobe services.

Key duties include responding to incidents, coordinating work orders in Maximo, issuing permits, and driving operational excellence while upholding Crown’s safety standards and guest

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational team leadership or supervisory role.
• Trade licence in essential services (plumbing or electrical) preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Willingness to obtain NSW Casino Special Employee Licence (Police and Credit checks).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and drive operational excellence.
• Maintain business continuity and respond to incidents.
• Manage work orders and input data into Maximo accurately.
• Support shift teams in Gaming, F&B, Hotel and Wardrobe maintenance.
• Coordinate responses and provide technical direction.
• Monitor Crown’s safety systems for high-risk work.
• Issue permits, conduct audits and inspections.
• Report non-compliance and track corrective actions.
