Job summary

Contour Education in Melbourne is seeking a Campus Leader to run the campus shift, oversee students and staff, and ensure daily operations meet Contour standards.

You will handle class rosters, safety checks, walk-ins and parent interactions, while coaching teammates and upholding campus culture. Relevant experience and a Working with Children Check are valued, with a path to Campus Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (education, retail, hospitality or similar).
• Proven ability to lead shifts and supervise on the floor.
• Calm, good judgement, and clear communication with students and families.
• Eyes for detail to notice missing materials or issues before classes.
• Ability to solve roster and room problems on the spot.
• Capacity to direct a team on shift even without formal reports.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Willingness to obtain or possess a Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus during your shift and ensure operations run to standard.
• Perform safety checks each shift and elevate issues as needed.
• Be the first point of contact for CECs and support coaching from the Campus Leader.
• Handle walk-ins, trials, reschedules and parent interactions.
• Fix in-shift class and roster issues and ensure materials are ready before class begins.
• Keep the campus clean, organized and ready for classes.
