Job summary

Contour Education is hiring an Assistant Campus Leader for Parramatta and Epping campuses. You will lead the campus during shifts, ensuring operations run to Contour standards and safety is maintained for every student.

You will back up your Campus Leader, support coaching of the team, and build a strong track record to run a campus of your own. Previous shift leadership and passion for student care are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, including handling queries from students and families.
• Experience as a shift lead, supervisor or senior team member on the floor.
• Clear, warm communication with students, parents, tutors and teammates.
• Attention to detail to notice missing class packs and issues before they impact classes.
• Ability to solve roster and room problems on the spot.
• Confidence to lead a team on shift even without direct reports.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the campus during your shift and keep it running to Contour standard.
• Conduct safety checks each shift and escalate when needed.
• Be the first point of call for CECs on your shift and reinforce coaching.
• Handle walk-ins, trials, reschedules and daily family interactions.
• Fix in-shift class and roster issues as they happen and have materials ready.
• Keep the campus clean, organized and class-ready.
