Job summary

Contour Education is hiring Assistant Campus Leaders for Parramatta and Epping campuses opening January 2027. You’ll run shifts, support the Campus Leader, and ensure safety and quality for students and families.

Prior customer-facing experience and a Working with Children Check are preferred; availability across weeknights and weekends is required. The role offers a clear growth track toward Campus Leader, with a competitive salary of $75,000 plus super, plus extra leave and lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, including schools, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a Working with Children Check.
• Availability across weeknights and weekends when classes run.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus during your shift and ensure operations meet Contour standards.
• Conduct safety checks each shift and escalate as needed.
• Support Campus Leader by coaching the team and maintaining campus standards.
• Handle student and parent walk-ins, trials, and class reschedules on shift.
• Fix rosters and class issues in real time and prepare materials before classes.
