Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader in Brisbane to lead and coach a fast-paced crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards. You will drive service excellence, Train teammates, and uphold brand standards in a busy environment.

In this role you’ll develop leadership skills, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive work culture. The successful candidate will be collaborative, customer-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willingness to complete).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (completed or willingness to undertake).
