Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide our fast-paced crew, coaching the team to deliver friendly, efficient service and uphold top food safety and quality standards.

You will supervise operations, manage rosters, mentor team members, and help guests enjoy great dining experiences while pursuing opportunities for career progression to roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Supervisor and RSA certifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards across shifts.
• Assist with rostering, training and supervising crew to enable smooth operations.
