Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centres is helpful.
• Familiarity with the VCE system or being a VCE graduate is advantageous.
• Currently studying or holding a degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for student and parent enquiries - in person, online, and over the phone.
• Greet and assist families on campus with warmth, professionalism, and care.
• Support students during class times and ensure their experience runs smoothly.
• Manage scheduling, rescheduling, invoicing, and general queries with accuracy.
• Keep campuses organised - from classrooms and reception to resources and stock levels.
• Handle daily admin tasks such as record-keeping, printing, and basic operational support.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and (???)
• Maintain tidy systems and accurate documentation.
• Share ideas to improve campus service and student experience.
