Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service focused position.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information and process payments accurately.
• Customer focused approach with professional and timely service.
• System Savvy with ability to learn across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support with processing and actioning all received mail.
• Support with processing settlement payments to third parties.
• Updating broker and/or insured contact details and payment information during the recovery until file finalised.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are actioned promptly.
• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders (including external recovery contacts, senior management, internal customers, claim operations and customers).
