Responsibilities

• Support with processing and actioning all received mail.
• Support with processing settlement payments to third parties.
• Updating broker and/or insured contact details and payment information during the recovery until file finalised.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are actioned promptly.
• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders (including external recovery contacts, senior management, internal customers, claim operations and customers).

You will work with customers, brokers, recovery agents and claims teams, gaining exposure to settlements, recoveries and liability assessments while helping to deliver positive claims outcomes in a fast paced, and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Settlements Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

• Support with processing and actioning all received mail.
• Support with processing settlement payments to third parties.
• Updating broker and/or insured contact details and payment information during the recovery until file is finalised
• Ensure all customer enquiries are actioned promptly
• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders (including external recovery contacts, senior management, internal customers, claim operations and customers).

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service focused position.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information and process payments with a high level of accurately.
• A customer focused approach with a proven ability to provide professional and timely customer service.
• System Savvy with a strong ability to learn quickly and navigate across different platforms and software.
• Highly driven and self-motivated, with the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
