Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to own the day-to-day health, performance, stability and security of a large enterprise ServiceNow platform in a Sydney-based, hybrid environment.

You will work with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners to maintain operations, configure workflows and UI policies, manage security, and support upgrades while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.
• Configuring workflows, business rules, forms and UI policies across ServiceNow modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
