Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join a high-performing Platform Team in a leading Australian financial institution in Sydney. You will maintain health, security and performance of a strategic enterprise ServiceNow platform supporting IT and business service delivery, working with the ServiceNow Technical Lead, developers, BAs, and partner teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a System Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow administration, security, access management, and instance management.
Experience supporting and administering multiple ServiceNow modules.
Hands-on experience configuring Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies and Forms.
Experience managing platform incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support.
The ability to work effectively with developers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification – mandatory.

Responsibilities

Monitoring platform health, performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
Supporting platform stability through incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and preventative maintenance.
Configuring and maintaining workflows, Business Rules, forms, UI Policies and other ServiceNow platform components.
Supporting platform upgrades, patches, releases and testing, including impact assessment and validation.
Troubleshooting complex platform issues and coordinating resolution with internal technical teams and external vendors.
Identifying opportunities to improve platform performance, standardisation, automation and user experience.
Working collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders to continually improve the ServiceNow environment.
