Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior-level ServiceNow administration and development experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and business-analysis skills.
• Ownership of solution design, development, integration, release and support.
• Sound governance, security, and upgrade-safe configuration.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
• Conduct discovery, process mapping, requirements analysis and backlog shaping.
• Define acceptance criteria and translate business requirements into platform solutions.
• Own solution design and provide hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Coordinate BAU support and project delivery across the three-person pod.
• Establish platform governance, design standards and technical decision controls.
• Design and manage integrations and APIs, including monitoring and issue resolution.
• Develop operational and executive reports and dashboards.
• Lead testing, release readiness, deployment, hypercare and production support.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge-transfer plans; mentor offshore specialists and act as single point of accountability.
• Lead initiatives such as Software Asset Management from discovery through implementation and stabilisation.
