Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to join our Melbourne-based Technology Consulting team. You will deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions, tailoring configurations and integrations to client needs while guiding onshore and offshore delivery partners.

You will lead discovery, architecture, and governance activities, supported by deep ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM knowledge, with a focus on scalable, secure platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or equivalent with end‑to‑end delivery accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability in architecture, implementation, configuration, development, customization, integration, and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow solutions aligned to business, architecture, and platform standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational ServiceNow outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops, design reviews, and solution roadmap development.
• Own end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integrations, security, and platform capabilities.
• Provide architectural leadership and governance to onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Review solution designs, customisations, and integrations to ensure best‑practice alignment.
• Oversee testing, implementation quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and program decision‑making.
• Support business growth through presales, proposals, and delivery outcomes.
