Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 15+ years of ServiceNow experience with leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow delivery and presales activities for large opportunities.
• Own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services and solutions.
• Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and engagement health.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations to ensure stability.
