Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform in Melbourne. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with process owners, admins, and stakeholders to deliver robust systems.

Apply your hands-on JavaScript expertise, knowledge of ITSM modules, and experience with Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to drive enhancements, CMDB governance, and secure, scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (2+ years preferred).
• Hands-on JavaScript development in ServiceNow.
• ITSM modules knowledge; HRSD, SecOps, or CSM a plus.
• Experience with Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
• Familiarity with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and scripting APIs.
• CSA certification required.
• CAD, CIS or other certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and more.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc.
• Participate in Agile development practices (Scrum, sprints, daily standups).
• Work with process owners, admins, stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and custom development.
• Ensure platform integrity, performance, and security.
