Job Overview

Resource Corner IT is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to provide expert consulting and advisory services to customers. The successful candidate will assess existing IT Operations Management environments, conduct technical workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend best practices to help customers maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.

The role focuses on key ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. The consultant will evaluate platform architecture, configuration approaches, data quality, operational practices, and adoption maturity to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow ITOM expertise with customer-facing consulting skills, technical assessment capabilities, and stakeholder management experience. Applicants must hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. Australian citizenship and full working rights are mandatory, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-facing consulting engagements focused on ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical workshops, maturity assessments, and advisory discussions.

• Prepare assessment findings, advisory documentation, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Participate in customer governance meetings, status reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and broader platform capabilities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory experience across ServiceNow ITOM.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM architecture.
• Ability to assess complex ServiceNow environments and provide practical recommendations.
