HCLTech Australia is looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to design and implement enterprise IT Operations Management solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM.

You'll work closely with customers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions that improve CMDB data quality, governance, and ITOM visibility, while mentoring junior consultants and supporting upgrades.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM implementations across Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong CMDB governance, data quality improvements, and CSDM adoption.
• Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and pattern-based discovery.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub orchestration.
• CSA certification and ongoing professional development in ITOM.

• Define CI relationships, service hierarchies, and reconciliation processes
• Develop technical designs and implementation plans

• Facilitate customer workshops, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Mentor junior consultants and promote ITOM best practices
