HCLTech is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM while collaborating with customers, architects, and stakeholders to improve service visibility and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on ITOM experience, MID Server configuration, and REST/SOAP integrations, with the ability to lead and mentor junior consultants across enterprise

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM framework and data quality improvements.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub is essential.

• Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery issues.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM while partnering with customers, architects, and business stakeholders to improve service visibility and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Service Graph Connectors, and Cloud Discovery
• Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues
• Design and optimize Discovery schedules, patterns, and Service Mapping solutions
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality improvements, and CSDM adoption
• Develop technical designs and implementation plans
• Configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Support deployments, upgrades, UAT, and hypercare activities
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants
