Job summary

FR Consultancy in Australia is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant for a full‑time contract role. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands‑on experience delivering ITOM projects and working across discovery, service mapping and CMDB.

Responsibilities include configuring MID Servers and discovery patterns, mapping service dependencies, improving CMDB data quality, aligning with CSDM and Service Graph Connectors, and troubleshooting ITOM deployments, testing and upgrades in partnership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ITOM experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB.
• Configure MID Servers, discovery patterns and service dependency mapping.
• CMDB data quality, CSDM and Service Graph Connectors.
• Troubleshoot ITOM issues and support deployments, testing and upgrades.
