• Hands-on platform development, testing and deployment.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ITSM and HRSD solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues and support testing and governance.
• Gather requirements and contribute to solution design across the platform.
