Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JavaScript in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of ITSM modules.

You will work in a collaborative, Agile environment, integrating with external systems via APIs, maintaining architecture documents, and ensuring platform performance and security. A CSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on ServiceNow development experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong JavaScript development in ServiceNow.
• Familiar with ITSM modules; HRSD, SecOps, or CSM a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB.
• Proficiency with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow APIs.
• CSA certification is required.
• CAD/CIS or other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Customize forms, fields, workflows, and UIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers.
• Participate in Agile development practices (Scrum, sprints, daily standups).
• Collaborate with owners, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Maintain architecture and development documentation.
• Ensure platform integrity, performance, and security.
