Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience.
• Strong Configuration Management background.
• Experience in data remediation and CMDB health.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and own data governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CMDB data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
• Perform hands‑on ServiceNow CMDB administration and updates.
• Drive Configuration Management process improvements and governance initiatives.
• Conduct data remediation and CMDB health improvement activities.
• Partner with CI owners and business stakeholders to establish ownership and accountability.
• Support governance, compliance, and Configuration Management best practices.
• Collaborate with teams involved in Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.
