Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Service Configuration Management (SCM) Consultant to join our Enterprise Service Management team in Australia. You will design, implement, operate and continuously improve CMDB and configuration data across a multi-vendor environment.

You will work with technical teams, service providers and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, governance and outcomes; experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
• Knowledge of CI modelling, service mapping and relationship management.
• Understanding of ITIL service management practices.
• Experience supporting large and complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate end-to-end Service Configuration Management processes.
• Maintain accurate CI data and relationships within the CMDB.
• Monitor and improve CMDB data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Support ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and related platform capabilities.
• Assist with integration of configuration data from multiple sources and collaborate with platform teams.
