Job summary

Renaissance Info Systems in Sydney is seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with 7–10 years of software development experience. You will design and implement CMDB-focused ITSM solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications, perform testing, and provide support. Knowledge of Glide, REST APIs, ITIL, and CMDB concepts is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Glide, REST APIs and integrations.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities
