Job summary

Telstra in Melbourne is seeking a Technology Associate Consultant – ServiceNow to assist senior engineers in engineering, developing and supporting ITSM platform solutions within Defence environments. You will contribute to milestones and customer service levels while growing your technical capability in ServiceNow and platform operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT technical support and ITSM environments.
• ServiceNow training or certifications are a plus and beneficial.
• Familiarity with agile practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration, testing, deployment and support of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Support ITSM workflows including incident, problem and change management activities.
• Assist with integration activities and workflow development under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support platform operations including basic incident resolution and service requests.
• Contribute to documentation of platform configurations, processes and operational procedures.
• Apply a continuous learning mindset to build knowledge in ServiceNow and ITSM practices.
• Identify issues and escalate risks to senior team members to support delivery outcomes.
• Support transition activities including knowledge capture and internal capability uplift.
