Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Technology Associate Consultant focused on ServiceNow to join our Australian team. You will support senior engineers in configuring, testing and delivering ITSM solutions, including incidents, changes and integrations, while learning advanced skills in platform operations and customer delivery.

You’ll work with ServiceNow and related technologies, contributing to a secure, efficient IT service environment and expanding your knowledge through training and real customer

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ITSM processes and support.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Agile practices experience preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, testing, deploying and supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Support ITSM workflows including incident, problem and change management.
• Assist with integrations and workflow development under guidance.
• Support platform operations and basic incident resolution.
