Telstra is seeking an Associate Consultant aligned to ServiceNow to assist senior technical staff in engineering, developing, delivering and supporting ITSM platform solutions within Defence environments.

You will support DevSecOps for reliable and secure ITSM services, contributing to configuration, testing, deployment and operational tasks while collaborating with the team to upskill and improve platform delivery and operations.

Formación

• Must have or be eligible for AGSVA NV2 security clearance.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow training or certifications are a plus.
• Experience in IT technical support is preferred.
• Exposure to IT Service Management practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in configuring, testing, deploying and supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Support ITSM workflows including incident, problem and change management.
• Assist with integration activities and workflow development under senior guidance.
• Support platform operations including basic incident resolution and service requests.
• Document platform configurations, processes and procedures for operations.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset to grow ServiceNow and ITSM expertise.
• Identify issues and escalate risks to support delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
• Support transition activities including knowledge capture and internal capability uplift.
