Aidacare is seeking a field-based technician to carry out maintenance, repairs and testing of healthcare equipment in Townsville, QLD. You will assist the CASE representative with assemblies, breakdowns, deliveries and setup of new equipment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, full-time permanent, reporting to the FNQ Associate Regional Manager. The role requires travel to meet client requirements and ensure equipment is serviced to the highest standards.

Formación

• Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
• Strong problem solving to customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service
• The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
• Current and valid Driver's License and willing to travel to meet client requirements

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
• Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
• Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
• Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
• Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy
• Fully maintained company van, mobile and laptop
