Job summary

Aidacare is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs and testing of healthcare equipment at our Geebung branch in Queensland. You will service beds, hoists, wheelchairs and other medical devices in-house, Monday to Friday, full time.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, completing repairs, and keeping accurate service records while maintaining compliance with Australian Standards. You will become an expert on our products and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
• Strong problem solving to customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
• The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
• Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
• Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
• Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy

In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance,repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment in-house at our Geebung branch.This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorisedscooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Location: Geebung, Queensland, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
