Talent Supply in Sydney is seeking a hands-on operations coordinator who can unite service jobs and warehouse activities across Australia. You’ll oversee day-to-day service and warehouse activity, support teams and ensure customers receive clear, timely responses.

This is a broad, practical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, bridging people, customers and operations while improving processes as the business grows.

Qualificações

• Experience in service coordination, operations, warehouse management or similar hands-on leadership.
• Experience coordinating across multiple locations and teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate service jobs, customer requests and operational priorities across multiple locations.
• Support and guide service and warehouse teams to keep work on track.
• Handle customer issues and escalations calmly and professionally.
• Work with interstate teams to maintain consistent processes and service standards.
• Keep records, reports and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Reinforce company procedures, safety requirements and compliance.
• Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks and put practical improvements in place.
• Work closely with other departments and keep management informed of significant issues.
• Step in and help resolve service or operational problems when needed.

We're looking for a hands-on organiser who can bring people, service jobs and warehouse operations together across a growing equipment business.

You'll support teams across Australia, keep work moving and help solve the issues that can otherwise slow customers down.

The opportunity

The business supplies and services equipment used across a range of industries, including generators, compressors and lighting towers. Its service and warehouse operations are growing, and this role will help create consistency across teams in different locations.

You'll oversee day-to-day service and warehouse activity, support team members and make sure customers get clear, timely responses.

It is a broad role for someone who likes being close to the action and can switch comfortably between people, customers and practical operational problems.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate service jobs, customer requests and operational priorities across multiple locations

You'll likely have experience in service coordination, operations, warehouse management or a similar hands-on leadership role.

Experience in equipment hire, generators, compressors, pumps, power systems, material handling, HVAC or another field-service business would be useful.
