Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Administrator/Scheduler in Brisbane’s Underwood area to organize regular service calls and respond to client needs with excellent customer service. You will arrange repairs by our service technicians and manage updates and inquiries from customers.

Key duties include handling calls, scheduling service visits, processing purchase orders and invoices, and following up on job progress while identifying process improvements to grow the service business.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills and friendly customer service.
• Strong computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel) to understand internal systems and deliver timely service.
• Highly motivated, willing to learn and meet results/targets.
• A strong team player and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preference for experience in a similar service/repair role.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Communicate customer requirements with Service Technicians and schedule service calls.
• Process purchase orders with relevant suppliers and invoices as required.
• Follow up on the progress of current jobs and provide updates to customers.
• Investigate and communicate opportunities to improve processes or expand the service business.
