Job summary

Cummins in Toowoomba is seeking a Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers at the branch and by phone. You will create work orders, provide updates, and ensure timely processing of service activities.

The role requires experience in fast-paced customer service, knowledge of service workflows, and strong data entry and ERP/system skills. A Saturday-free, Monday-to-Friday roster with a permanent salary awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in service administration or scheduling; strong data entry and system skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with customers by phone or in branch.
• Create basic work orders and provide status updates to customers.
• Coordinate service administration to ensure timely process completion.
• Manage service invoicing and close out service jobs.
• Raise, maintain, and receipt purchase orders; handle local purchasing.
