You’ll coordinate customers, technicians and suppliers, manage quotes and docs, and identify process improvements. Previous HVAC or technical services exposure is highly regarded, with a strong focus on organisation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance, breakdowns and equipment commissioning.
• Coordinate customers, Service Technicians, Sales and suppliers.
• Manage quotations, reports, purchase orders, warranty claims, timesheets and subcontractor documentation.
• Support facilities, meetings, visitors, deliveries and general workplace requirements.
• Maintain relevant compliance records, licences and safety documentation.
