Job summary

Arena Consultants is seeking a Service Coordinator / Scheduler in Sydney to support our growing electrical installation and service team. You will coordinate service plans, schedules and resources, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery for customers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, site staff and supervisors to ensure information is correct.
• Create/update/prioritise job plans and maintenance schedules in works management system Sim-pro.
• Identify and coordinate resources including labour for efficient work.
• Review the work delivery forecast with managers/supervisors.
• Prepare and/or process ad hoc reports as required.
