Qualifications

• Must have full working rights in Australia (mandatory).
• Fire experience and knowledge of AS1851 (advantageous).
• Some AFSS process background (highly desirable).
• Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer sites for routine testing.
• Book service call-outs and breakdowns.
• Liaise with technicians regarding availability.
• Purchase parts, materials and equipment as required.
• Handle monthly invoicing and timesheets.
• Create/purchase orders and raise/close jobs.
