BaptistCare NSW & ACT is recruiting a Care Worker to support older Australians at home. This permanent part-time role requires availability across at least three weekdays, including Mondays and Fridays, with day shifts typically 8am to 5pm and occasional late coverage to 6pm.
You will travel between client locations across Sydney and surrounds, delivering practical help and companionship to enable safe, independent living at home. A caring, patient, and communicative approach is essential.

About the Role
As a Care Worker supporting clients across Sydney and surrounds (Inner West and City, Sutherland Shire and Eastern Suburbs), you will be required to travel between multiple client locations throughout your service area and support neighbouring regions.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity seeking candidates with availability across a minimum of three weekdays, including Mondays and Fridays. You will be supporting client needs throughout the day, with services typically delivered between 8am and 5pm, and occasional opportunities to provide support later in the day until 6pm.
You will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team, providing quality care and support to clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks including household cleaning, showering, dressing, meal preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport. Most importantly, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and help them live independently and safely at home.
