You’ll coordinate technicians and installers, manage customer requests, organise materials and resources, and work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep service and installation operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating service and installation work across the Hervey Bay region.
• Allocating technicians, installers, materials and resources.
• Managing a busy schedule and responding to changes throughout the day.
• Proactively rescheduling jobs when work can't go ahead as planned.
• Keeping customers, employees, contractors and suppliers informed of changes.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving service issues.
• Coordinating materials and ensuring everything is ready ahead of scheduled works.
• Maintaining accurate schedules, records and service information.
• Working with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve our service processes.
• Conducting site inspections and following up on service and installation outcomes.

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is looking for a Service Scheduler to join our team in Hervey Bay.

As a Service Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service and installation operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate technicians and installers, manage customer requests, organise materials and resources, and work closely with our customers, suppliers and internal teams.

What will you be doing?

Experience in scheduling, service coordination, administration, customer service, construction, manufacturing, glazing, windows and doors or another trade-based environment would be highly regarded.

The hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
