Job summary

Bradnam’s Windows and Doors in Brisbane’s Boondall area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our South East Qld team. This office-based role focuses on handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, orders and documentation, and supporting our Sales Representatives to keep orders moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a proactive, team-oriented attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to develop product knowledge and process improvements within a friendly family

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotes, orders, forms and customer documentation.
• Process accurate data entry and order information.
• Support external Sales Representatives with planning, orders and administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly.
• Identify and resolve order or information issues.
• Develop knowledge of Bradnam’s products, systems and building code requirements.
• Contribute to improving sales and customer service processes.

Bradnam’s Windows and Doorshave an Opportunity for a Customer Service Representativeto join our South East Qld team located inBoondall.

About the Role

As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service team, you’ll help support our customers and Sales Representatives while keeping orders and enquiries moving smoothly. This is an office based internal sales and customer service role focused on responding to customer enquiries, providing accurate information, preparing documentation and supporting our wider team. You’ll work closely with both internal and external customers, building your product knowledge and developing your sales and customer service skills in a supportive team environment.

The Customer Service Representative will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing quotes, orders, forms and customer documentation
• Processing accurate data entry and order information
• Supporting external Sales Representatives with planning, orders and administration
• Coordinating with internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly
• Identifying and resolving order or information issues
• Developing knowledge of Bradnam’s products, systems and building code requirements
• Contributing to improving sales and customer service processes

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
