Bradnam’s Windows and Doors in Townsville is seeking a proactive Scheduler to coordinate service and installation work across the Townsville region. You will allocate technicians, materials and resources while managing a busy schedule and responding to changes throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate service and installation work across the Townsville region.
• Allocate technicians, installers, materials and resources.
• Manage busy schedules and respond to changes throughout the day.
• Proactively reschedule jobs when needed and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Communicate with customers, employees, contractors and suppliers about changes.
• Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve service issues.
• Coordinate materials with Purchasing Officer and Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate schedules, records and service information.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve service processes.
