Job summary

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors in Gladstone are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to be the first point of contact for customers from enquiry through to installation. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and relies on strong organisation and communication to keep orders moving.

You'll coordinate with sales, production and logistics, provide product support, prepare quotes and answer inquiries. Training is provided, and a supportive team culture awaits.

About the Role

Be the Voice Behind the Brand

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their journey from enquiry through to installation. The role is fast-paced, varied, and hands-on — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organised, and working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities: As the

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, admin or sales support

Experience in the building or manufacturing industry is helpful but not essential, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
