Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, proposals or commercial management.
• Technical understanding of service solutions in electrical/energy sectors.
• Strong costing, pricing, margin analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of contractual terms, commercial risk and contract-management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and competing priorities under tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end preparation of responses to customer enquiries, RFQs and tenders.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, operational and legal teams for compliant proposals.
• Develop optimized service solutions aligned with customer requirements and capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into defined scopes, deliverables and execution plans.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing models and commercial offers with profitability targets.
• Conduct margin analysis and identify cost-competitiveness opportunities.
• Review commercial terms with legal and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks during tendering process.
• Support sales and BU teams to incorporate service offerings into proposals.
• Contribute to bid reviews, win/loss analyses and refinement of tendering tools and processes.
